How can I fix screen flicker on my HDTV-PC connection?

The top 2 or so inches of my Samsung 50' plasma flickers constantly when connected to my PC.

-Connection: VGA cable w/10 ft extension

-Running in 1360x768 60hz (listed as max for my tv)

I'm thinking this may be just because the image has to run thorough two cords instead of one, but I could be wrong.

Hmmm, I'll bet that flicker is caused by the 60 Hz setting....or you may have some problems with the SYNC's grounding...
